About the Handlebar Lineup
The TorqStack handlebar lineup covers the three diameters most motorcycles use — 22mm for vintage and standard bikes, 25mm for most modern street and naked platforms, and 28mm for fat-bar and ADV builds. Every bar is CNC-machined from 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum, hard-anodized in one of six finishes, and vibration-tested at OEM-spec frequency and amplitude before it ships. The center and bar-end sections are pre-drilled and pre-machined to accept TorqStack switches, USB ports, dimmers, and bar-end weights without modification.
- Three diameter options — 22mm, 25mm, and 28mm to fit vintage, modern, and fat-bar builds

How to Install — 4 Steps
Bar swaps are a 30-minute job for most motorcycles. Here's what to know before you start.
Confirm diameter and clamp width
Measure your existing bar ID to confirm diameter (22mm, 25mm, or 28mm). Measure the center clamp width on your triple-tree — most bikes run 100mm, but some ADV platforms use 120mm. TorqStack bars are spec'd to fit standard widths; cross-check before ordering.
Set up the controls and switches before mounting
If you're adding switches, USB ports, or a dimmer from the Switches & Controls lineup, mount them to the new bar before you clamp it on the bike. The pre-drilled accessory mounts accept all TorqStack controls without modification. Run the wires through the integrated pass-through in the center section before final clamping.
Remove the old bar and clamp the new one
Loosen the four top triple-tree clamp bolts in a criss-cross pattern. Support the old bar as it comes free to avoid damage to paint, switches, or brake lines. Position the new bar with the appropriate mark aligned to the front of the bike. Hand-tighten the clamp bolts, then torque to manufacturer spec (typically 25–30 Nm for most bikes).
Reinstall controls and test
Slide the controls, grip, and bar-end weights onto the new bar in the same position as before. Tighten throttle side first — it must rotate freely without play. Test the steering lock-to-lock and verify nothing binds on tank plastics. Test ride at low speed to confirm comfort before any long run.
Tools you'll need
- 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm Allen keys (depending on clamp hardware)
- Torque wrench (for triple-tree clamp bolts)
- Marker pen and ruler (for center alignment marks)
- Optional: grip glue, bar-end puller, and thread locker
- Optional: dielectric grease for accessory wiring pass-throughs
