All orders ship from our US warehouse. Delivery windows below are business days after your order ships (not after you place the order).

We currently ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany, and France. Tracking is included on every order — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Free Shipping
Orders over $75 ship free to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, and France. No promo code needed — the discount applies automatically at checkout.
Flat-Rate Shipping
For orders under $75, shipping is a flat $9.99 regardless of destination country or order weight. Add a second item and you'll usually cross the free-shipping threshold anyway.
30-Day Return Window
If something isn't right, you have a full 30 days from the delivery date to send it back.
Unused and uninstalled items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable on returned orders; return shipping is on us for domestic US orders — we'll include a prepaid label with your RMA.

Exchange Process
Got the wrong color, the wrong size, or just don't love it? Exchanges are free and fast. Here's how it works.
Contact support
Email us at support@torqstack.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. Tell us what you'd like instead — a different color, a different fitment, whatever works.
Receive your RMA + return label
We send back a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label. Print the label, repack the item securely, and drop the package off at any carrier location.
Ship the item back
Drop the package off at UPS, USPS, or FedEx (whichever your label is for). Tracking is included — we'll know exactly when it reaches us.
Exchange ships out within 2 business days
As soon as we receive the return, your replacement ships out within 2 business days. You'll get a new tracking link by email. No charge for the replacement shipping.
